| XCTC Exercise - Camp Atterbury, Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC), Indiana July 2006 XCTC 06 was held at Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) in Indiana and represented the second such exercise in which JTEP technology helped to create a CTC-like experience for Guard soldiers. In addition to the capabilities that JTEP brought to the first XCTC in Kentucky the previous year, JTEP created detailed 3D building interiors to support in-building location of forces. Finally, approximately $300K worth of JTEP technology was purchased by NGB to support this exercise, representing JTEP’s first paying customer.
